Tofinger Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please carefully review our Refund and Cancellation Policy before purchasing any product or service from Tofinger. By using any service provided by Tofinger or its partners, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


Refund Policy

  1. If you encounter any issues with our service, please contact our support department first. If the issue remains unresolved, you may request a refund within the first 15 days of purchase.
    • Refunds will not be processed after 15 days.
    • Refunds will not be processed after 30 days under any circumstances.
  2. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Domain names (.COM, .NET, .ORG, etc.)
    • SSL Certificates
    • Domain transfer (in/out) fees
    • Business and Enterprise Email services
    • Google Workspace (G Suite)
    • Any third-party services provided through Tofinger
    These services are non-refundable whether used for one hour or not used at all.
  3. Refund requests due to dissatisfaction with services or products not included in your package will not be considered.
  4. If a client voluntarily adds credit balance to their account, the balance can only be used for purchasing new services or renewing existing services. Credit balances cannot be withdrawn or refunded under any circumstances.
  5. No refunds will be issued for VPS or Dedicated Servers.
  6. The following charges are strictly non-refundable:
    • Payment gateway fees (transaction charges)
    • Custom software or software installation fees
    • Setup or migration fees (where applicable)
    • Paid control panel fees
    • Software license fees
  7. Any services or products purchased under special offers, discounts, or promotions (including Shared Hosting or VPS) are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Voluntary cancellation of service for features not explicitly included in your package will not qualify for a refund.
  2. If a user violates any of our Terms & Conditions, their refund request will automatically be rejected.
  3. Service renewal payments are strictly non-refundable.
  4. If a user’s account is suspended or terminated due to abuse, violation, or malicious activity, no refund will be issued.
  5. If Tofinger fails to meet its 99.9% uptime guarantee or other commitments due to reasons beyond our control, refund requests for such service disruption will be considered invalid and canceled immediately.
  6. Violation of these terms, policies, or any other specific rules and regulations may result in immediate account suspension or termination. Tofinger reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account with or without prior notice for any violation of these policies.
